She was born on the 20th day of June in the year 1987 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the US to Tony Balionis and mother Dana Balionis. She always had a dream of becoming a golf player since her childhood days. Her career started with WRHU radio. After that, she got into the job at ABC News Now, New York Islanders, CBS 2, and New York Jets. Her schooling was at Manheim Township high school and her college studies were at Hofstra University in the subject of broadcast journalism. Amanda beyond the golf course is also a yoga teacher and a dog lover. She is quite active in the field of charity as well. She manages best with “ K9 for Warriors” which stands to rescue dogs from shelters and then trains them to work as service animals for veterans who are suffering from PTSD. She is a 33 years old Balionis and is herself a great golfer. She also had played the game since she was a child. She even included golf in her Halloween costume this year. Peep to her career

Looking ahead to Amanda career, she began as a sideline reporter for the Verizon Fios Channel 1 which she did with covering the high school sports. This was from the year 2009 to 2011 and she was honored for her skills in covering high school sports at MSG network. Here she played the role of a color commentator on the network’s high school volleyball coverage. Balionis joined later at the PGA TOUR as an in house reporter as well as hosted in 2011. This was the way she produced and reported the tournament highlights and events.

It was in 2016 when she signed in with Callaway golf to work as an in-house reporter with producing digital content for the golf manufacturer. Balionis then got her biggest break in the year 2017 when she joined CBS as a part time golf reporter and worked with selective tournaments. Then she got a chance to become a full-time CBS golf reporter in 2018. Added to all that, she also served as a sideline reporter for selected NFL on CBS games as well as CBS Sports Network college football games.

She also worked her first super bowl in the year 2019. Quite active in her community Amanda also donates her time to the “K9 for Warriors” which is an organization helping stray dogs to get sheltered and they even train them to become service dogs. She also stays strong as a fitness instructor with practicing Yoga.  During her work from home at the pandemic time with Balionis also aired the Charley Hoffman’s charity party during the belly Up Tavern for the farmer’s insurance open at the Torrey pines. Apart from that she also hosted Rickie fowler’s clinic on the Torrey pines driving range.

She stood for various social activities as well. Somewhere like she discussed the importance of the black lives matters movement and racial equality in July 2020. Here she appeared for 10 minutes with T-Mac. She also shared her friend’s story who was a victim of racial discrimination. She is very open in her views and makes her best on every occasion when she is asked to speak out her expression.
